I worked with Dr Carl for a couple of yrs when I worked in Altamonte Springs... I found EMDR extremely helpful..but ol Dr Carl was a rip-off artist...i disovered that he wildly overbilled my insurance co..and subsequently overgouged me with his duplicitous billing scams. It was a very sad realization as i really was helped avec the EMDR Rx..but his monetary shenanigans really put a damper on my trust with him...and psychotherapy thereafter...what a sad realization...((
