please and please, be mindful of this practice. from staff to dr, to physician assistant are terrible with attitude and lack empathy. for such a sensitive practice services, i should think they should have empathy and genuine care. the lakewood office front desk ladies are extremely terrible and lack customer service. they speak to you like you are nothing. it's all about money. not recommended at all. all the processes i went through failed, and not a mere call to show concern. rather they started sending me deal that dropped from the originalquote of $17.999 to $9.999. meaning ivf shouldnt be that expensive to help people who needs to get pregnant. dont fall victim. now they took me to collection without giving me the breakdown of the bill they claim o owe. i couldnt even ask a question, because the lady from lakewood office kept yelling over my voice, and i got exhausted. and got off the phone. it's was an extremely bad experience. procedure failed, attitude towards me was shocking, and i literally am having a depression about this whole thing
