Horrible and very unprofessional! Had a 3:30 p.m appointment time slot and I arrived to the office at 3:00 p.m. I was placed in the exam room where I sat for an hour and a half until Dr. Beitler arrived at 4:30 p.m. She said hello, asked how I was doing and I explained that I was upset as I had been sitting in an exam room for over an hour with no explanation from any staff member. Dr. Beitler immediately became very huffy and asked me did I want to stay or leave. I told her that after waiting in the office for such a long time I was not planning on leaving. I also said that it would have been courteous if she had come in and apologized to me for the long wait time instead of asking me did I want to stay or go. I will never go back to this doctor again.
