She failed to note my bicornate uterus in her notes after performing a d&c resulting in an additional unnecessary d&c surgery a year later due to an unclear read from a follow up vaginal ultrasound which I of course had to pay for. Apparently the subsequent peer review decision that not noting physical abnormalities is reasonable and customary care excuses and covers for her sloppy work. She also told me and my husband that my lack of libido due to menopause was “a relief” to most of her patients. She is not a good doctor.
