Arrogant, rude and dismissive. All the while he’s telling me bad news about my surgery he was spinning a fidget spinner in his hand.

needed to have a follow-up for an issue I am having with a previous surgery by Dr. Nguyen. He has very poor communication skills and it seems he is not versed in current treatments. His office had zero coordination. My imaging orders were sent wrong and his office never explained that I needed to go back and get the imaging. All he did was blame me for not knowing where his office sent me. There was little effort on their part to get the images. My only option was to make another appointment wait weeks and come back in vs. his office getting the films and calling me back. His primary solution is to talk to a pain specialist. I have a lot of experience with spine surgeons and Dr. Nguyen is by far the worst one. He had no concern for wasted time for his patients nor did he make any effort to understand the situation. The Doctors at Cedars Sinai are significantly better trained. Save yourself grief and make the drive.
