Asked if records had been recieved from prior medical facility. Was told no, not by her but her assistant because she never returned to answer that ?A call directly after the appt. to the requested stated they were sent over 2 mos. ago and and only my request had been recieved. Not the one I had signed a mo. & a half ago at my 1st appt. with her. The records request was condition specific for a time sensitive verification I need. Not requiring her to specifically evaluate or analysis, just verification of existence. It's infuriating to keep asking about something, not be told the truth & my need be disregarded. I'm new to this network due to mistreatment from a 30yr history in another prior one. I was hopeful for better results, however this is continued aggrecation.
