If you don't mind living in near debilitating pain, neither does Davis Ortho/SportsMed. This office is exactly why doctors should not venture into business. Here's a biz 101 tip, doctor: call your business phone number once in a while and see if you like what your customers hear. Their phone system seems to be set up so you cannot talk to someone, and just to be sure, they do not reply to messages in anything close to a timely manner. "Oh, she's on min time today." Nice, but my spinal stenosis is not on mine time. I need things done is a timely manner so I can spend the least amount of time in excruciating pain that is getting worse by the day. Stuff sitting on a desk for another day means I spend another day with pain in the 6 to 8 range. They bill at professional rates, I pay professional wages, now I expect professional service. I'm done with Davis Ortho. I would not recommend them to anyone because, while the doctors might be capable, the business aspect is horrible.
