Excellent bedside manner, listens and is truly concerned in managing multiple pain related to orthopedic surgeries.

While Dr. Coynack is a nice enough doctor, his staff’s lack of professionalism, lack of compassion and empathy and sheer rudeness towards his patients makes it a nightmare to see this doctor. If there is a problem it goes ignored. There’s no care or concern or help to fix the problem or find a solution. Both the receptionist Karen and the medical assistant Oscarina lack any urgency or care when they know a patient is suffering. Phone calls and voice messages from doctors and pharmacists are all ignored. The staff’s solution to any problem is to just leave a patient in pain, with no call back for any type of resolve and hopefully that patient will just go away. In the end you’re forced to find another doctor anyway because this doctor and this staff do not care to actually help their patients. Save yourself the aggravation and distress and find another pain management doctor. It’s just not worth the extra pain to go here.
