I went to my mom's appointment because she has been his patient for a year and a half, and every time she leaves the appointment, she is in tears, frustrated that she felt rushed, did not have her questions answered, and scared. He was not interested in giving an explanation about her condition and was rude when I asked what he had been testing for. He told me I talk like someone who is not a doctor... I am not a doctor but I do love my mom and am looking for answers about her condition. He has still been unable to give a diagnosis to my mom. He was arrogant, rude, and overall a very frustrating experience. We will find another doctor who provides a safe and caring environment and welcomes questions.
