I have a very good opinion about r. Scholl. However “back office” staff is just awful. After more than 2 weeks after they were supposed to send the dr. orders I found out that the hospital never received any. After hours on the phone with the office and the hospital, the hospital finally got the orders. But it is not the end of the story. The office was supposed to request pre-authorization for the procedure. And again, after several days I found out that insurance never got pre-authorization request. More hours on the phone, and still the same result. I have to cancel previously scheduled procedure because of that. And I am not sure if I want to go thru this again.
