Absolutely pathetic! After one brief appointment, and after having had skin cancer surgery twice already, I was very anxious about my appointment, having two new growths. His dismissive attitude to my concerns was palpable. I had anxiety for several days before the appointment, and he told me I should worry. After suggesting to him in a constructive way that maybe he should not use that word (a word associated with an illness I have - anxiety) because I struggle with anxiety, he was defensive.
