Unresponsive, doesn’t care about his patients, and unwilling to communicate. Messaged him on the app, nothing. Left urgent messages via Patient Navigators, nothing. I did all the legwork for a whole week to get my medications covered by my insurance and his staff didn’t even bother to submit a claim for an updated date. Even my pharmacy left several follow-ups to get his pre-auths to no avail. His nurse had to nerve to tell me they can’t be sitting on the phone the whole day to sort my records out when that’s literally all I had done for dayssss. All they had to do was run a claim on the same day they finally worked on my stuff. If I could give 0 stars I would.
