Dr. Gita Fatmei does not understand a doctor's oath. The one about "First, Do No Harm" (Primum non nocere). This practice is all about money and not the patient. Her office and patient intake manager (I believe her name is Anabelle?) does not understand customer service and actually yells at patients and is very rude. Dr. Fatmei needs to do something about her since it is hurting her practice even more. Dr. Fatemi must know and still allows her intake manager to deal with patients that way. I have never left negative feedback for any doctor, however, I could not let this doctor and practice get away with their arrogant and careless approach toward patients. We absolutely do not recommend this doctor and practice. Please stay away since there many other Rheumatologist in the Ventura county that really care about their patients.
