Dr. Hesham was extremely kind, patient and generous with knowledge. She performed a surgery for me that I was very nervous about, and she did so much to put me at ease. She answered all of my questions and never made me feel bad about asking, made sure I understood potential risks, and helped me understand what to expect as I recovered. She was very communicative in the days after the procedure, checking in on more than one occasion. She is professional and warm in equal measure. I am so grateful for her care.
