Patient Reviews
Dec 10, 2020
Had a visit, was made to wait over an hour to see the doctor, only saw him for 3 minutes and was pushed out. That was 3 weeks ago. I’ve been trying to get in touch with the doctor since and still have not been able to speak with him. I call he’s never available and I never get a call back. I need paperwork filled out for work and STILL no care, no response. Honestly have never had such an experience where I felt like my own own doctor was ghosting me. Even signed up up for the My chart portal to try to speak to him—nothing. What’s the point of a doctor or a practice that has zero time to actually speak to their patients? But I bet their billing dept was quick to charge my insurance to get paid. Beyond disappointed.
