Broke my femur and was sent to a trauma center where Dr. Podolnick did the surgery to repair the “shattered “ femur.When I went for a follow-up. All I got was - everything looks good on the X-rays. 6 months later still in pain. Suggested a CT scan. Had it done and notified his office it was done. Was told the scan was posted on my chart. 10 days later I still have not heard from the office or the doctor. Texted the doctor directly and 4 days later am still waiting for him to contact me. When I had asked him what he could do about my pain - with a delay- “I guess could remove one of the screws. GUESS?????? Then he said maybe we should get a CT scan. MAYBE?????
