I had a bad experience with Dr. Parlavecchio and his office. In the beginning the office seemed fine. Appointments were on time and the doctor was thorough if a bit callous. I unfortunately had a miscarriage. During the miscarriage Dr. Parlavecchio and Carolyn's insensitivity was hard to deal with. And now 6 months out they are unwilling to work with my insurance to have my first prenatal appointment covered. Routine visits are not covered for my plan but maternity visits are. Carolyn said she would change the code on the phone but they decided not to change anything. So here I am after an upsetting miscarriage with a provider completely unwilling to change a simple code from routine service to maternity service. I would not recommend this office.
