For starters, I was misdiagnosed. Second, I was sent for imaging at a Rayus facility and the doctor’s office forgot to send the prescription so I was unable to get x-rays. Then I tried contacting the doctor. Left three voice messages for him and the nurse. None of the calls were responded to. Out of sight out of mind. Patients deserve better treatment than that.
