What an amazing Doctor. So caring and compassionate. Her high energy and positive attitude gave me the confidence I needed to go through with the surgery I had postponed too long to have part of my thyroid removed. Dr. Coan listens to patient concerns, gives all the options, is very informative then is not pushy or judgmental about the patients decision. Dr Coan is respectful of the patients time and so caring about the patient's well being as a whole. Dr. Coan's assistant Sandra is also amazing!! I felt cared about throughout the whole process. From first appointment to post op calls I was well taken care of! Thank you to both of you.
