I went to see Dr. Lee for an annual physical, which is 100% covered under my health insurance. I also needed to establish a primary care physician. Dr. Lee did the bare minimum. He did not check my breathing/heart rate, he didn't take a urine sample, he didn't check for hernias. He actually had no physical contact with me, for an annual physical, which is ironic. His office then sends me a bill for $250 because I am a "new patient" and "the annual physical is not covered under my health insurance because I am a new patient" which is not true. I confirmed with my insurance company that this should be 100% covered but the doctors office didn't bill it correctly. I've requested multiple times for the change to be made. They refuse to make the change, they hang up on me, they've called me Ms. in emails which is actually all you need to know about how well they do their job - because they have me medical records and they know I'm a male. Needless to say, will not be returning.
