He was calm and attentive to all my questions. He explained the positives and negatives to all the scenarios for the issue. I never felt pressured one way or the other. He really wanted to know my opinion on everything he told me. Because of this, he gave me confidence in him and in making my decision. Also, what to expect realistically.
