First, my appointment was canceled 2x by her. Then when they finally scheduled it, it was at the end of the year, so further assistance from someone else would require me to start a ew deductible in the new year. During the postponement, I wrote a letter through the online system to communicate with her. There was no response. When I finally saw her she claimed there was no other procedure she could do to help me. This could have easily been done through a phone call or telemed appointment, but instead, I had to take time off from work, have someone take me as I thought she would be doing another procedure. A complete waste of time. I do not recommend this physician if you are in pain. She doesn't appear to have the knowledge or care to help someone with severe back pain.
