Before pandemic, I was put on CPAP and had been using the equipment provided by Virginia Mason. Virginia Mason decided to get rid of the business and patients need to find new suppliers. However, the insurance company would require the new supplier to provide a copy of the sleeping study. I reached out to the doctor's office asking for my record. This doctor's office refused to provide MY record unless I book a new appointment with this cold money hunger doctor!! I repeatedly state it is my record which should be provided to me. The assistant said she would talk to the doctor. I never heard back from her. Of course, the new supplier did not receive the fax either. I have found a new doctor and highly recommend everyone to stay away from this cold, money hunger doctor with no ethics!
