This is by far the worst provider I have ever come in contact with. I gave a 1 star because given a zero was not an option. I contacted this provider in regard to not feeling well on April 5th, 2023, at around 8:30am. I provided my symptoms and the woman that answered the phone asked me "what did I want her to do" first off If I have exhausted all I could do apparently, I was calling for additional recommendations, when she took my information and said the nurse will call me back. Well at around 4:00ish pm I called back because I had not heard anything from the nurse. I was on hold for 10 minutes before someone picked up and when someone picked up the phone, she placed me on hold for another 25 minutes. I explained that I called early, and the nurse was supposed to call back and I had not heard anything. She stated that the nurse was waiting on the doctor to respond, and the nurse would call back either the next morning or that afternoon. Well of course I did not hear anything. At that point I went onto my chart and reached out again, and someone responded stating that someone will contact me soon. Well, she finally called, and I spoke to her which in turn she stated that she will have to find out from the doctor what to do and she would call back. This was Friday afternoon, well nobody call backed on Friday after noon April 7, 2023. Well, I reached back out again in regard to the conversation and received a response from doctor. He is by far the worst and rudest provider I have ever come across as if he is doing me a favor by being my provider. If I reach out to my doctor for assistance it is his/her responsibility to try and figure out what is going on and what advise he or she can provide instead he want to come and try and educate me on resources and researching. What purpose are you serving me. If I research and use the resources what do anybody you him for. He apologized about what was going on but that just was not going to cut it because of the way he spoke to me in that message did not show that he cared any shape, form or fashion. Tampa General Hospital need to provide him with some type of customer service training, manners and professionalism as well as educating his staff on how to tell the truth and not tell lies. All I can at this point is pray for them all.
