Everything was clearly explained and my input was included in my treatment plan. Dr. Stephenson immediately puts you at ease, is encouraging, has a wonderful personality and advises of all options to put you on the best individualized treatment plan for you. The entire staff is responsive to your needs, your emails and phone calls, are very helpful with insurance issues and basically handle any questions or concerns you have. Let’s face it, a Cancer Institute is not the happiest place on earth but it feels like your visiting family members and are the most important person in the room. As crazy as it sounds, my wife and I actually enjoy our visits! We are so grateful for the positivity, friendliness, helpfulness, and truly expert care received by everyone in the entire building.
