I left in tears after my visit with Dr Lim. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a doctor. I asked her to explain my impending surgery and her reaction told me that my fairly straightforward questions were an annoyance to her. Her lack of explanation, general demeanor, and indifference to her patient made me very uncomfortable. At one point she told me she was feeling “negativity” from me and got up and left after I asked to be referred to another doctor. I love the service and care I’ve received at Methodist in the past, and delivered my first child there a few months ago. But Dr. Lim did not even come close to living up to those experiences.
