The first time I saw him, after being told that I had stage IV bile duct cancer and didn't understand anything about cancer at the time, he told me that it was stage one, making me think I could live, but that's not what's happening. After surgery, he told me that he got 99.9% of the cancer, but it was microscopically in lots of places. He didn't meet with me after surgery, and I was in no shape to go to the office and meet with his PA. I had to insist on a video appointment. I think they make more money for that. If I had realized there were other options, I would have met with more than one surgeon. I was new to cancer then. He's very self-centered.
