My experience with Dr. Mohanty himself was fine but trying to get my 2nd procedure done through his office staff has been a nightmare. I have been waiting almost 2 months to get my small bowel test done. I could not get anyone to call me back promptly about the authorization. Finally, I'm able to schedule it for Feb. 1st, I've now been waiting over a month to get this test done. I didn't hear from anyone the previous week so I said let me double check. It takes 3 different offices After sitting on hold with the 3rd office I've called trying to figure out the prep for this test, X-Ray informs me they have no record of my procedure being scheduled for tomorrow. Now mind you I scheduled Feb. 1st because I have the day off and I won't have to inconvenince my job by taking the day, just to find out that my small bowel test wasn't even scheduled with the X-Ray department. Now I call back Dr. Mohanty's office and I'm being told to wait for a call back and I cannot speak to anyone .
