I had two separate conversations with Dr. Kaptik about medications that I did not want during the procedure he performed. I also talked with his co-worker, anesthesiologist and nurse stating the same request. Dr. Kaptik new exactly what I wanted and did not want but he did what he wanted anyway administering a drug that I clearly stated I did not want, wiped my memory and left me sedated for about six hours. This is very arrogant and unethical doctor who went against my request and what he agreed to do for the procedure he performed.
