My girlfriend had a stint installed to curb an aneurysm in her head. Dr Lau performed the surgery. His staff is rude, unprofessional and go out of their way to make sure you know that they are doing you a favor by answering the phone and god forbid you ever ask them a question. It is unreal to me how people in the healthcare industry can be so insensitive and uncaring. Thing is, it’s not just one person at Dr Lau’s office, It’s pretty much every one at the office my girlfriend has spoken to or dealt with. I think most businesses, if they treated their customers this way, would be out of business. Dr Lau, from what I understand, is one of the better physicians in his field. Unfortunately, he has a staff that seems to think that gives them a pass to treat patients horribly and with rude and arrogant behavior.
