My partner and I have been trying to get pregnant for years and I’ve recently had a surgery that would indicate we’re having some issues. Instead of leaving it to my fertility doctor and OBGYN, Dr. Khan chose to tell me “you know you are running out of time.” As if a woman my age isn’t aware of that. I had just gotten to the point where I don’t have major anxiety about it. Now that phrase lives in my head. I thought he lacked tenderness. I would rather stay home sick than go back to that man.
