When Dr Eckhart walked into the examination room rather than say hello and introduce himself, he said 'time is short - lets get to it'. Mind you, we were at our appointment on time and had to wait for him. This appointment made us want to find another provider which is what we are doing. For whatever reason, the doctor made us feel as though we were wasting is time.
