Patient Reviews
Jun 21, 2020
Dr Lo performed inguinal hernia Surgery on Nov. 4, 2019. I was in pain and after a week I got an infection. I made an appt to see him and I had to wait over an hour. I told the receptionist 3 times that I was in pain Finally I laid on the floor in the waiting room and they finally called me. Dr Lo gave me antibiotics but never took a culture. The infection started to get better but after About 2 weeks the infection came back. He did a culture and gave me another round of antibiotics. After two weeks, I didn't hear from dr Lo so I checked on the mount Sinai site and saw my results. The results showed that I had MRSA and he never called me to inform me. Luckily it healed I called Dr Lo and left a message saying that I was upset bc he didn't call me. I never heard from hIm Dr Lo was negligent on many counts. It's now June 20, and I have to have surgery for a hydrocele. I believe it was from the hernia surgery but I can't prove it. My advice is Go to another surgeon .
