I have just completed my 5 week sleep therapy sessions with Dr Croswell. I have had sleep problems for years and read about cognitive behavior approach to sleep problems in a magazine some time ago. I attended these sessions via teleconferencing because of COVID and because I live over 1 hour from her office in Tampa. There are very few sleep behavioral doctors in the area. She had a waiting list and I am so glad I got on her list to start our sessions. She had a very thorough questionnaire identifying my sleep issues. My sleep improved after just 2 sessions. Her sessions are well organized and very informative. The presentations were very professionally done including tons of research supporting the science. I can't wait to recommend her to many of my friends and family who also suffer from sleep insomnia. She is a gifted doctor who will help you improve your sleep health.
