Dr. Shin was fine with me and I agreed with his plan of treatment. However, I need a preauthorization for 2 MRIs and his office still has not submitted the request almost a month after my appointment despite repeated calls from me and from my insurance provider. I also sent a message in my chart that has gone unanswered since August 21st. Totally unacceptable! As much as I would like to work with Dr. Shin, I may need to move on due to totally incompetent staff at RWJB.
