I have been with Karen Shields for close to a quarter of a century. She actually personally took me to get a mammogram and stood with me I was so scared. I have never heard anyone say a bad word about her....always truthful, efficient, and knowledgeable. If there is a complaint, you must realize you can't be everything to everyone and you are hearing only one half of the story. Detected a bad situation for me before biopsy was even in. Woman walks on water ....
