I have had several experiences in therapy and Michelle, by far, surpasses any other treatment I’ve received before. I found her to be very kind and warm, yet didn’t hold back when I needed to hear something. She introduced me to energy psychology, somatic therapy and IFS, all approaches which are fairly new. She made herself available when I needed to work through an issue. And even in the off hours, I knew I could reach out. Her office is comfortable and easy to get to. All of these combined, helped me get farther in my treatment than ever before. She’s given me skills that I will use for the rest of my life. I think it’s important for people to remember, you get out of therapy what you put into it. Sometimes people aren’t ready yet and that’s ok. But if you are ready to do the work, Michelle is an excellent person to turn to.
