This doctor's office decided to refuse to do an annual eye exam which is covered by Cigna insurance. They refused to even check this. They suggested that she would be paying out of pocket since she didn't present with any specific symptoms. They also mentioned they would bill insurance if they wind up finding something "wrong" but otherwise it isn't covered. I would definitely not recommend anyone go to this doctor's office as they seem to not care about preventative medicine/exam, which also reflects poorly on their overall medical competence.
