After 4 months on Dr. Gala's plan I am down 24#s, my mind is once again alert and I am not in chronic pain. I wish others could realize the ease of making the changes that bring freedom from unwanted pain, fatigue and obesity. It is so simple that it's a wonder we don't hear about this wonderful news every day. Don't be afraid to spend the money. It is worth it in every way. 71 and younger every day.
