Nice person but unfrotunately not helpful if you need serious physical therapy. Instead of forming a plan that works for you, you skip the work even if yous suggest adjusting. He runs 4 patients at once most times with an untrained helper so its more of a gym class than PT. You are better off with an athletic trainer under a Physical therapist. Absolutley no one on one. The physical therapy I have had in the past lasts 45 minutes. There it is 32 at most.
