The office is run poorly and Dr. Shapiro is basically a story teller to cover up the office ineptness. I would never recommend going to basically a shoe store for treatment for neuropathy. After cancelling any future appointments with office manager (Stephanie) I was contacted by the office a week later telling me I missed today’s appointment. I told them that I had already cancelled last week with the office manager last week and that I was not happy with them at all.
