From the front desk staff who greet you and set up your appts to the efficient tech Iris to Dr Jacobsen who is so thorough and asks all the right questions to optician Melissa who will explain benefits and make sure you look great with the frames you choose…..the entire office is professional and so easy to work with. I’ve been using this group, including eye surgeon Dr Karbassi, for many many years. I highly recommend this well oiled team!
