Dr. Gatrost uses a non force technique called Applied Kinesiology. I live with hEDS which is a hypermobility connective tissue disorder, so that is a great technique for me. He is a very kind and caring human being and he helps me to maintain musculo-skeletal balance with my disorder. He's very much appreciated!
