As the owner of Vision Quests 4 locations, (Dr. Kouklakis) I can say that the service I received was less than acceptable. I went in for a glasses adjustment and the attendant told me after a couple of feeble attempts to adjust them, that I would just have to live with it, sarcastically. That is unacceptable in any business. Regarding another pair of glasses, and another time , I went in to show him and his help, the over $300 lenses that I bought, the coating was badly broken down, after only 5 months of wearing them. They refused to stand behind their trashy products ! The is the worst place I have ever purchased glasses or contacts in over 45 years, and the poorest service ! I am strongly recommending anyone to go some where else !
