Desperate does not begin to explain the depths of how I felt when I first called Alex. I was in crisis. The tears were real and I was done. I was lost, sad and needed help. From my first phone call, I immediately felt at ease. I have had such an incredible experience, and I could not recommend her services more. Alex is someone who listens and really gets to know her patients. It is not a one size fits all conversation, she truly stands with you every step of the way. She is delicate in her approach, but gets to the conversation you need to have. I never understood how talk therapy could help, but My life is changing for the better every hour I speak with her.
