When I first met Mr. Bridges, I was in a dark place—mentally, physically, and spiritually. Through trial and error, he helped me realize that the only person truly hurting me was myself. He provided me with the tools to face my problems head-on without falling back into my old habits of using alcohol to cope. Mr. Bridges helped me understand that when the consequences of using alcohol as a coping mechanism outweigh the benefits I thought I was getting, that’s when real change begins. Eventually, alcohol began taking a toll on my body, and that’s when I had my awakening. As Mr. Bridges always says, “You’re setting yourself up for your next level.” With his guidance, I didn’t just find the old me again—I discovered a better version of myself. I’m proud to say that I’ve been sober for almost eight months now, which is a huge milestone for someone who once drank every day. Thank you, Mr. Bridges, for helping me realize that my life is worth saving and that with great discipline comes great reward. I couldn’t have done it without your expertise and support.

The best counselor I have ever met in my life. Has helped me out immensely through tough times. I couldn't ask for a better counselor. He truly has saved my life and generally cares for his clients. I highly recommend him to anyone and need of help.
