alice is a very nice woman, but talked about herself the entire time we had our first meeting. i mean, I understand introducing yourself but it went a little beyond that. She spoke about her experience at college and her family losses for over an hour. She also continues to call me every week, even after I explained that I am no longer a patient. I've had to explain 3 times to both her and her assistant. Her work seems very unprofessional and messy.
