I signed all registration paperwork, insurance etc. sat in the waiting room for an hour and asked the front desk what was taking so long and they said they forgot to check me in. Checked with the dr and she said she was full and didn’t have time to see me after I sat for an hour and drove 2 hours total for my son to be seen. Very unprofessional.
