Easy to schedule appointment and - in general - have been happy with Aspirus system. Initially she seemed really engaged but that changed quickly. Was unwilling to think about the condition from the patient's point of view, overconfident, and hesitant to answer questions. Very slow to respond to patient questions. Unwilling to work with other providers to coordinate care. Extremely frustrating to work with.
