The provider was at Prov Monroe walk in clinic, their treatment was odd during my daughters appointment. Afterwards my daughter told me she thought that the provider might been on something based on their eyes & intensity. My daughter had a brief time during her visit alone with the provider & reported to me that their eye's were scary looking like the provider 'was on something'. At one point when I was in the appointment the provider leaned forward in her chair staring wide eyed intensely at my daughter & asked my daughter if she had any questions & just stared at my daughter in silence. I addressed the provider & told them I wasn't sure why they were acting the way they were but that it was making the appointment awkward & uncomfortable.
